Refund Policy

1. Overview

Chi Lambda Lambda Chapter strives to ensure satisfaction with all event registrations, purchases, and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be issued.

2. Event Registration Refunds

  • Refund requests for event registrations must be submitted in writing to ChiLambdaLambdaKRS@oppf.org at least 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or for no-shows.

  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Chi Lambda Lambda Chapter, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

3. Merchandise Refunds

  • Refunds or exchanges for merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of purchase provided that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Donations and Contributions

  • Donations made to Chi Lambda Lambda Chapter are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at ChiLambdaLambdaKRS@oppf.org

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
